9.0Wir erlebten hier tolle Urlaubstage. Unser Mietwagen konnte bequem auf dem Grundstück parken, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte per KeyGarage. Wir genossen am ersten Abend die riesige Terrasse und den tollen Blick auf die beleuchtete Altstadt von Valldemossa. Es war alles in der Casa vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Die Besitzer haben wir nur flüchtig kennengelernt, aber die Vermietung über die Gesellschaft hat super funktioniert, das Einchecken von Deutschland aus, die Zahlung der Kaution, die Mitteilung zum Schlüsselcode und überhaupt alles, was zur Organisation gehört.

− The Host did not show up although he is living underneath the venue. The venue was not preheated an it had about 14 Celsius when we arrived. The dogs from the host were barking the hole time when we were sitting on the balkony. And he didnt care. The bathroom heating didnt work. And the bathroom wasnt really cleaned well. There was also mold on the sealing of the bathroom

8.0Lekker huisje met heerlijk terras en mooi uitzicht. De open haard was fantastisch, niet omdat het koud was, maar in november wordt het best vroeg donker en de haard gaf extra gezelligheid.
− De weg waar het huisje aan lag was drukker dan verwacht, en het was heel vervelend dat we een borg van 300 euro moesten betalen, buiten booking om en dat hoort niet. Mails erover zaten in mijn spammap, pas op de boot kwamen we erachter dat we niet de code van het sleutelkluisje zouden krijgen als we het geld niet onmiddellijk overmaakten. Dat voelde als chantage. Wel heel snel na terugkeer het geld teruggekregen, maar het was een onprettig begin.

6.0Beautiful view. Nice path into town (steep!). Well-equipped kitchen. Good location for town.
− Situated on a busy road that made most of the house and terrace unusable. Noise and lights shine in. Terrace needs privacy screening. We found the beds and pillows uncomfortable. The house is tired and would benefit from a refresh. The key safe number does not come in a new message, which would be easier; it appears in an old message you have to look for again. Door lock doesn't always turn well and might need attention.
