Spacious Villa at a great location
9.0The Villa is in a perfect location. 2mins from the sandy beach, to the promenade, supermarket, restaurants. It is spacious, with enough room to accommodate 6 persons. Well equipped, clean, lots of cooking utensils. And beds were comfortable. AC in all bedrooms. The Owner is super friendly and flexible. The terrace was amazing. If we go back to Mallorca, we will stay at Villa Xavier. Highly recommended!
− It's not a great issue, just a heads up for others, that the kitchen lacks even basic spices. No salt, pepper, sugar, nothing. That's why we gave it 9.
