Sehr gute Lage

− Allerdings ist die Woche vor Allerheiligen nicht gut: Die Finca liegt direkt am Friedhof von Soller! Eine ganze Woche wurden von allen Einwohnern Sollers Blumen zum Friedhof gebracht! Der Parkplatz war dementsprechend voll und unser Auto wurde mehrfach dort beschädigt! Außerdem war es sehr laut! Die Finca war spartanisch und mit sehr alten Sachen ausgestattet: es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, Messer, die stumpf waren und Betten, die so alt waren, dass wir Angst haben mussten, dass sie zusammenbrechen! Der Vermieter spricht nur spanisch und hat uns auch gleich erklärt, dass nur 1 Person in ein Bett dürfe! Innen kann man nicht sitzen, nur am Tresen, wo kein Platz für die Beine ist, weil man vor der Mauer des Tresens sitzt! Also muss auch bei Regen draußen gegessen werden! Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit!

− The property is next door to a crematorium. This fact wasn’t disclosed on the booking.com site, only the mention of being next to a cemetery (which is quite a different thing). The owner was rude and intrusive. The beds were uncomfortable due to being small and footboards.

Beautiful views in fabulous location but needs some updating

The location is fabulous, just a 10 minute walk downill into Soller Town. The views over Soller to the Sea are beautiful and the location is very quiet, surrounded by farmland, orange and lemon trees. The property is an ideal size for 2 people and was very clean when we arrived.

− The owner meets you to hand over the keys and was 35 minutes late, it was a very hot day and we had shopping to put in the fridge. He also came to clean the pool at 7.15am one morning, moving the sunbeds and the patio table around right outside our bedroom window. We were woken up with the noise and did not feel comfortable getting dressed/showered while he was right outside. On our final day our check out time was 10am, we packed the previous night and planned to have one last dip in the pool, shower and breakfast outside before we left. The owner and his wife arrived at 8.15am and started cleaning the outside area and pool, which stopped us having access. We felt we had no option but to stay inside, although we had paid for the use of the property until 10am,- this is not acceptable. The sunbeds are poor quality, old and very saggy and very uncomfortable, there is also no umbrella around the pool so to get any shade you have to carry your sunbed down the steps, and keep moving the patio table to get your sunbeds under the terrace. The towels and bedding are a mix and match of colours, sizes and quality and the kitchen is very limited on utensils, and some are very old. The air-conditioning is only in the lounge, the bedroom is off the lounge but round the corner and does not benefit from the air-con much at all so was very warm at night. The owners are a lovely elderly couple who only speak Spanish and obviously want to look after things themselves, I think the experience would be much improved if the Property Management Company looked after the check in, pool maintenance and cleaning. Unfortunately much as we loved the area and the property is in a great location we would not return.

The location is fantastic as it’s so peaceful all you hear are the cockerels, sheep & the bells from the goats in the hills. Surrounded by lemon trees just stunning! The views across to Soller are fabulous.

− The beds were not the most comfortable but it was always such a joy the come back to the villa & dip in the pool after a long journey.
