Vermieter sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, Insider-Tipps für Sineu, alles sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet, toller Pool, überdachte Sitzgelegenheiten (falls es mal regnet 😉), Fußläufig Stadtzentrum gut erreichbar, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem ruhige Lage .... wir haben es genossen !

− Bei bestimmten Wetterlagen (Wind/Regen) Geruchsbelästigung durch Kanalisation... soll laut Aussage des Vermieters im Winter behoben werden. Schön wäre es, wenn alle 3 Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage hätten.

Skøn, rolig finca på landet med dejligt udeområde i gåafstand til charmerende landsby

Fincaen er rustik, charmerende og velindrettet med velfungerende køkkener og gode senge i alle tre soveværelser. Udeområdet er virkelig skønt - stort, overdækket spiseområde hvor alle kunne sidde i skygge og virkelig lækker, ren pool med plads til alle i solsenge rundt omkring. Gåafstand til charmerende Sineu med sine torve og gode restauranter (helt andre priser end Palma). Meget lokal by, men liv om aftenen på torvene og omkring restauranterne. Fine indkøbsmuligheder i byen, men også i nærliggende Inca. Ejerne er fantastisk venlige og var hurtigt på pletten, hvis noget ikke helt fungerede - vi følte os meget velkomne! Landlig idyl, men med kort køretur til overalt på øen. Der er to parkeringspladser på grunden.

− Der var ikke noget, vi ikke kunne lide, men lige et par ting at være opmærksomme på: Huset har fire toiletter, men toiletterne i soveværelset ovenpå og i det ene værelse nedenunder er en del af værelset, altså uden væg/dør. Dette var ikke et problem for os, da der er et ekstra almindeligt badeværelse i stueetagen. Huset udlejes gennem Homerti, som forud for ankomstdagen sendte os en mail om, at vi blev modtaget personligt ved boligen. Dette skete dog ikke, men bureauet fik fat i ejerne, som hjalp os ind.

The finca is a beautiful, traditional property with so much outdoor space to enjoy. It is within easy walking distance to Sineu where there are plenty places to eat and drink. The market there is well worth a visit too. Gabriel and Yolanda are a lovely, friendly couple and were the perfect hosts, easy to contact if we needed them.
