Ideal family Villa

The Villa was in an ideal location, short walking distance to beach and town centre. Villa was perfect for our needs, ample space for the 6 of us ages 13,13,17,20 and 50+×2. We loved everything about this place. Hosts were very quick to answer our messages and very engaging and flexible with check in and out. Nice handy sufficient starter pack to get us settled too. Would highly recommend.

Vieta tobula, šalia gražiausi Maljorkos paplūdimiai. Pėstute galima vaikščioti po miestą, išskyrus atvykti iki jo reikia. Baseinas puikus atsigaivinti, pasideginti privačiai. Galima grilinti, galima ryte kavą kieme gerti, jautiesi privačiai. Kas turi vaikų, tai šalia vaikams parkas. Geresnės kainos nei Palmoje.

− Viskas patiko, nėra viloje praštmatnumo ar gražaus dizaino, bet apsistoti ir ilgėliau yra visko, ko reikia.

Lovely spacious villa equipped with everything you need.

The property was very spacious and had everything we needed and more! Very well equipped and the coffee, milk, water, beer, Fanta , olives and snacks left for our arrival were very much appreciated! We had sole use of the pool and sun beds during our stay. Proximity to all the restaurants and beaches was perfect. Set within a gated location with two other villas, we did feel safe and the outside space was amazing.

− The only downside was that it is located across the road from a very busy hotel and the kitchen noise was constant when sitting outside, including the very noisy extraction fans. Deliveries throughout the day so big lorries turning up at all hours did affect the overall experience, particularly if sleeping in the front bedroom. The water pressure was a bit hit and miss but didn’t spoil anything we just had to run it for 10 minutes or so before it would kick in.

A lovely well equipped holiday home in a central location

The property was very central to everything and was one of the best equipped properties I’ve ever stayed in. We had an amazing time here and cooked a lot more than we usually do on holiday. The outdoor BBQ area is great and it’s lovely to sit out on the porch to eat our meals. The back of Esmeralda Park Hotel is across the street so you can hear the hustle and bustle of a busy kitchen and deliveries. It did not bother us one bit. It was quiet at night and there was no noise to disturb our sleep. The owner is on hand if you have any concerns and is very friendly. The pool is fab. It’s not too cold or a shock to get into. We basically had it to ourselves. It is shared with the other two properties on site but the residents really are unobtrusive and try to use it when the guests aren’t. Would highly recommend this place for families. It’s very secure.

− Homerti were not very accommodating about us asking to drop off our cases until check in as we had an early flight. Luckily the maid and owner were on hand to let us do that without issue. I don’t know what the problem is and why they said no. It caused a bit of needless uncertainty about what we were going to do until check in.
