Eigentümer/Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

− Totaler Stromausfall (daher auch kein Wasser) an einem Tag, weil sich gleichzeitiger Betrieb von Waschmaschine + Kaffeemaschine + Geschirrspüler seit dem Einbau der Smart-Meter nicht vertragen. Konnte aber im Laufe des Tages mit Hilfe des Vermieters behoben werden. Direkte Umgebung und Ort sind nicht schön. Wer dort joggen gehen will, ist nicht gut aufgehoben. Aber man erreicht von Villafranca aus alles binnen 30-60 Min.

Nice big pool, that's it.

− No A/C in livingroom, only in bedrooms, so over 32 degree Celsius inside during daytime. A/C was also available only during nights, and then also separately turned off remotely every now and then by villa owner. When staying here you have to take care of two cats, which no one has informed you before arrival, so be aware if you are allergic to cats, as a person in our family!

Equipped with everything needed, everywhere was clean and to a high standard, the pool area was spacious and the location is tranquil and quiet.
