Wished we could have stayed a few more days
10.0We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at WE hotel. All the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved the location—it’s away from the city centre, which made the whole experience feel even more peaceful, calm, and refreshing. Our room was wonderful, with a private open-air bath where we could relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. And the lake view from our room was absolutely superb—waking up to that view was truly special. A special compliment to the chef! We thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and everything was absolutely delicious. We honestly wished we could have stayed for a few more days. It was the perfect place for us to slow down, relax, and reset. We would happily stay here again!

Stunning Views & Great Value
10.0This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was spotless, and the view was absolutely breathtaking—you can even enjoy the stunning view of Lake Toya right from your bed. The hotel is comfortable, offers excellent value for money, and what I loved the most was having two separate sinks, which made getting ready much more convenient.
Luxurious stay with great lake views
10.0The unobstructed beautiful view of the lake from our bedroom was amazing. Room was spacious, modern, comfortable. The private hot tub in the balcony was great even if it wasn’t natural onsen water. The ramen bar onsite was also a nice option for dinner
