4.0Er werd na herhaaldelijk aangeven niet gereageerd op kapotte lampen in badkamer, deur van de douche was stuk. Kamer was niet gestofzuigd. Beddengoed was verouderd wn gerafeld en vlekkerig. Kussens waren plat en vies. Verzoek om andere kamer werd schoorvoetend gedaan maar bij controle was die kamer ook op vele punten niet goed, hygiene en aanblik waren niet volgens een 5 sterren hotel. Receptie was slecht bereikbaar, moest helemaal naar beneden om ze te pakken te krijgen. Kreeg te horen dat ze onderbemand waren. We werden ook niet op xe hoogte gebracht van de diensten en faciliteiten, moesten we maar zelf uitzoeken. Wifi was slecht. Kortom, dit is geen 5 sterren hotel waard.

8.0Er waren 2 personeel bij receptie die zeer aardig en met respect vol was over de schoonheid van hotelkamer bed en inrichting prima en schoon maar badkamer deur was kapot vanuit beneden kant komt waarschijnlijk door douche van vocht aande tijd slijtage is gekomen voor de rest alles netjes schoon, binnen zwembad netjes strand netjes schoon ik zou zeker wel weer gaan vooral activiteiten en mensen die kinderen hebben adviseer ik zeker een aanrader.
