Stay was good, but it becomes worse at the time of check out. Even agent (Sunny Singla) was dishones

1.0− I booked the hotel just one day before my requirement when I was in the Havelock island itself. I had to find a stay for one day for my family as I couldnt find ferry tickets to go to neil where I had accommodation. Immediately after booking I went to the hotel to see how it was. I had to struggle for more than 30 min to find the property. I shifted from the place where it was shown in the map. I was really scared of seeing the property. I didn't stay at the property. My suggestion is please think twice before booking this property.

8.0Overall good but needs a few improvements like water not passing in tgw washroom; it takes 30 mins for the water to pass through the hole.
