− El método de entrada. El sistema no funcionaba correctamente

− No nos gustó muchas cosas. Para empezar , en Booking aparece que la entrada es a las 14.00 y dos días antes de la llegada nos dicen que es a las 1600. Lo llego a saber antes y no lo hubiera reservado, entrada a las 16.00 y salida a las 11.00. Que tienen que limpiar 5 horas para limpiar y encima el suelo sucio. Vaya limpieza!. Llegamos y no tenían papel higiénico. Siglo XXI y no hay un básico necesario pero cual es mi sorpresa que lo comunico y me dicen que vaya yo a comprarlo A las 4 y pico de la tarde , 40 grados a la sombra , con una niña que me ponga a buscar una tienda por Trujillo. Lógicamente les dije que no. Tardaron casi 3 horas en traerlo. Otro aspecto la WiFi no iba. Otra incidencia que no hay llave física. Va con el móvil. Cada vez que queríamos entrar teníamos que dar 11 veces al botón del móvil . Un fiasco total , 65 euros que pagué, por no tener papel, sucio, sin WiFi y problemas para entrar. A parte las escaleras interminables que tiene e incómodas. Pero eso es dell edificio antiguo pero para que lo sepas los futuros clientes ya qimue gente mayor imposible que la suban Después de todo lo pasado me recuerdan la hora salida a las 11. No nos des más tiempo para al menos compensar algo. No lo recomiendo. Ubicación poco más.
