7.0O ponto mais alto é, indiscutivelmente, o custo/benefício, que é imbatível. O café da manhã é muito gostoso com bastante variedade. Banheira no quarto um pouco rasa, mas bem bacana e serviu plenamente o propósito. Aquecimento muito eficiente e camas bem confortáveis.
− Quando vimos o anúncio pela primeira vez, constava que havia restaurante no hotel, o que nos levou a planejar fazer as refeições por lá. Ao chegar, descobrimos que o restaurante é apenas para o café da manhã e o Booking.com automaticamente sinaliza como se houvesse restaurante para todas as refeições. Comentei isso com o atendente, que foi compreensivo e respeitoso com a reclamação, e se prontificou a fazer a retificação. Agora, o anúncio está correto e agradeço muito por terem levado nosso feedback em consideração.
