4.0The property is in poor conditions. The glass walls were leaking. Floor in the rooms had water from the leaks.

10.0The view was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was delicious; all the facilities were amazing. All employees were so kind, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. The road needs to be fixed; it's approximately 1.5 km of terrible road. I understand that it is a municipality issue, but the Marriott needs to get involved and get to an agreement, so it will be easier for the guest to travel outside the hotel.

8.0Los apartamentos necesitan mantenimiento - tuvimos un incidente con la lavadora y con uno de los inodoros. El equipo de servicio al cliente y transportacion es excelente. Sería bueno nivelar más la calle de entrada para facilitar la entrada y la salida de la propiedad.
