1.0Misleading advertising! Room/s shown on website were certainly not what we got & paid for. No hot water in shower & bathroom floor completely wet from shower making it an extreme safety issue. Ants in bag the following morning. Very shabby looking room - website showed a very nice bright room & bathroom!

3.0The lodge is close to town. about 5 minutes to the town
− I recently stayed at Riverside Lodge Paihia and unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience. I had booked a one-bedroom apartment, but upon arrival, I was informed that the apartment was unavailable, and there was no prior notice or communication about this change. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very poor and didn’t reach the rooms, making it difficult to stay connected. The staff was often not at the reception, and we had to ring the bell multiple times to get their attention. On some occasions, they didn't respond when we needed assistance. Overall, I am quite dissatisfied with my stay and wouldn't recommend this place for families.
