Perfect apartment with swimming pool in Montesilvano.
10.0First and foremost the swimming pool is amazing. This is super nice as the weather is hot. You can always cool down. Parking spot is secured and closed from the street. Breakfest is typical italian. Room was big and clean. Same with bathroom. Every three nights bedsheets and towels were exchanged and room cleaned. This was giving us the fresh clean feeling which sometimes you loose on vacation. Wifi and AC in the room working with no problems. The host is super nice and helpful. The area surrounding is quiet, no major noises. I was with my son so we used table soccer a lot.

3.0gefallen hat uns das frühstück, gab ein buffet, das empfanden wir als recht gut. und der Swimmingpool, den wir aber nicht benutzen konnten, weil wir keine badehauben mithatten. in italien wohl vor allem in dem raum so üblich.
− als wir ankamen, und klingelten wurde uns zuerst nicht aufgemacht. musste anrufen obwohl die eigentümerin zuhause war. sie war sehr unhöflich bei der ankunft und im schnelldurchlauf wurden wir mit den allernötigsten informationen auf unser zimmer gebracht. alles in sehr schnellem italienisch. ich nehme an die unterkunft spezialisiert sich eher auf italienische gäste. bei duschen fand ich dann einen haargummi und ein duschgel von den letzten gästen, was ich persönlich als sehr ekelig empfand, zusätzlich hatten wir eine terassentür die uns wohl auf die raucherterasse führte, dort standen ziemlich dreckige plastik möbel /tisch draussen und am boden lagen einige zigarettenstumpel. ich hab mich im zimmer gar nicht wohl gefühlt...

10.0L'accoglienza della proprietaria, l'appartamento, la piscina, tutto. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima a farmi entrare prima dell'orario del check in. Letto e cuscini comodissimi!
