− Booking.com, have you completely lost your minds? This property is literally located inside a brothel! Do you ever bother to verify or inspect the places you list on your platform? Upon arrival, we were immediately confronted at the entrance by individuals who were clearly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, shouting and making highly inappropriate, offensive remarks. To make matters worse, the deafening noise from the nightclub inside the building made any chance of sleep impossible. We left the premises without even opening our room door. Furthermore, none of the access codes worked, and there was absolutely no one answering the phone to assist us. Yet, despite being unable to even check in, I have already been charged in full. How on earth is a family expected to stay in such an environment?!! It is a disgrace that your customer service has completely ignored my messages. I demand an immediate resolution and a full refund.
