− It was way overpriced.
Could be so much better
5.0Location superb. Did not have breakfast. Bought only alcohol. Only one English speaking member of staff knew what real service was. No smoking even outside on veranda!!
− Uncoordinated service. Only one member of staff on check-in and service before 3pm. Building in need of upgrade. Mainly Indian food on menu - not what I expected in a Scottish hotel in the heart of The Highlands.

7.0La habitación era grande y tenía una buena televisión. La moqueta se veía limpia y bien cuidada. La limpieza era buena. El check out era demasiado temprano. Cierran cocina a las 9:00 y te quedas sin opciones para cenar.
− No funcionaba la luz ni el extractor y había gotas de suciedad colgando del extractor. Podrían dar un repaso al baño, ya que había cosas que mejorar.
