2.0It was unique in that it wasn’t in the place shown on the map. The local people had never heard of it. and they didn’t reply to phone calls. I didn’t stay there because I couldn’t find it! It’s not on Main st, as they claim . I doubt if I will get a refund. Annoyed.

2.0Bonsoir, Nous avons fait une réservation sur votre site pour cet hotel mais arrivé sur place l'hôtel avait toutes ses portes fermées ce qui nous a obligé à passer la nuit dehors. Je dois vous dire que ce vendredi 20/03 était le premier jour d'un couvre feu instauré par le gouvernement Sri Lankais. Par contre il me semble incompréhensible que votre site permette de faire des réservations dans ce cas de figure. Il va de soi que j'attends de votre part le remboursement de cette nuit. L'hôtel en question vous confirmera sans aucun doute mes dires à savoir sa fermeture et de ce fait ma.non présence.
