9.0Nos esperaron hasta tarde para el check in, pues llegamos casi a las 10 pm al hostal. Gentilmente nos prepararon cena a esa hora, por un costo accesible. El desayuno está incluido.

− Reservamos este hostal porque se anunciaba que incluía desayuno. Sin embargo, al llegar nos informaron que los niños no tenían derecho a desayuno, lo cual no estaba especificado en la plataforma. No fui el único afectado: otros huéspedes también se quejaban de lo mismo, lo que demuestra que es una práctica recurrente y engañosa. Además, la piscina no estaba habilitada. Nos dijeron que la estaban llenando y que tardaría aproximadamente una semana en estar lista, lo cual hizo imposible disfrutar de una de las principales amenidades que motivaron nuestra reserva. En resumen, la experiencia fue muy negativa: publicidad engañosa, servicios incompletos y falta de transparencia hacia los huéspedes. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie que busque cumplir con lo que se ofrece en la plataforma.
