Disappointed
2.0They kept us waited from 12-4:30pm to get checked in. Coz they couldnt find my name on bookings. They were fullybooked already ao they just offered us their office room and put some foam so we can use it overnight. The second day they transfered us to our booked family room but incomplete toiletress. We paid for family room but the first night its was terrible they never refunded any amount.

4.0Har rejst gennem 14 år nu i Cebu og det her var desværre en TRIST OPLEVELSE !! Personale nærmest sov ved receptionsskranken ved ankomst. Havde ikke værelset klar. Senge og møblement noget billigt skrammel. Badeværelse for småt. Ingen wifi på værelserne og utrolig dårligt wifi i receptionen. Ingen mad på stedet. Er så hvad det er. Men morgenmaden man reklamerer med var rent ud sagt noget hundeæde! En tallerken m plastik over. Under lå et stk sandwich brød, lidt æg og lidt “beef”. Ingen smør. Ingen salt. Pulverkaffe... Mens vi spiste hang 4 personaler ud over receptionsskranken og gloede på os.... Dårlig luft - typisk betonluft på gange og i værelse. Ingenting - gentager intet fristende af nogen art lige omkring! Ligger ud til trafikeret og dermed luftforrenet sted. Der kan kun sqeezes to køretøjer in på forpladsen..... nå er nødt til at slutte. Blir’ i dårligt humør over at have betalt mere end 600 kr for 2 overnatninger for hustru og 10-årig dreng !! Det er det slet, slet ikke værd !!!! Eneste lille plus: at det meget uerfarne personale såmænd var høflige nok.

6.0This hotel is just ok. It is very basic with no amenities. Shower is poor with little water pressure. Communication with front desk can be confusing. Surrounding area is noisy with street traffic. Although hotel staff were friendly, they had a hard time with upkeep and maintenance.
