Le petit déjeuner avec les confitures maison. La gentillesse de notre hotesse et ses bons conseils

We stayed one night in La Chambre. Small room up some external stairs but easy to reach if you are active. Not for those with mobility issues. Equipped to a high standard and very clean. Breakfast of croissants and bread brought to the room at your requested time. Jam/marmalade within the room, as are butters in the mini fridge in the room. two bottles of pure orange juice also provided. Microwave, tea/coffee, usual condiments and kettle provided. Lovely view over th rear and extensive garden. If you can't accept the negatives mentioned below, there are other accommodation options here, such as The Studio (ground floor, maybe larger). The accommodation is located about 15/20 minutes from the ferry port and Dieppe itself. It's a very pretty area, worth looking around if you're not in a hurry. Parking is on site, drive slowly as it's a tight fit. The hosts are extremely pleasant but don't bother you.

− Some gripes I'm afraid. Firstly there is no wardrobe. There simply isn't room for one. There are drawers however. One bedside table was cluttered with very pretty bits and pieces, but you couldn't really put anything on it! Breakfast is served at a smallish table, but if you wished to use it for personal items and usual journey clutter, then there is no room for breakfast. The bed comes in handy in this situation. The room is in the eaves, so if you aren't confortable in a small space then this isn't for you. Although claustrophobic I managed it well as it is light. For a one night stay these 'issues' don't really matter too much, they are niggles nothing more, however they could become extremely annoying if you stay longer in this room.

Acceuil chaleureux malgré mon arrivée tardif.Merci. ( problème débarquement ferry). Proximité du port. Le Calme. La chambre etait petite mais très bien agencée il ne manquait rien.

Tout était parfait . Énormément d’attentions de la part de notre hôte dans les détails qui rendent un séjour très agréable .

Room was clean and very well appointed, everything you need for an overnights stay.

− The only thing and it is very minor the fridge in the room is a little noisy if yo are a light sleeper this may be an issue for you.
