9.0Location was great .. right opposite the beach and easy walk to main shop, cafes etc. Nice quiet small block of units. Large nicely furnished apartment. On main road opposite beach (close to bus stop as well as easy walking) but apartment had good double glazing to reduce any noise. Efficient air con. Prompt communication from managers.
− Description of bathrooms was a little misleading .. we were expecting both bathrooms to have a shower. Slight issue with one toilet but not critical and manager aware. More coat hangers would have been useful.

10.0Quiet yet close to both Mooloolabah and Alexandra Headland. Modern layout. Good communication from the group that manage the property.
− The pool was not that easy to get in and out of because of the ladder and the design. We managed but it could be disappointing for families with kids. It was clean and refreshing and next to a nice bbq area
