2.0They never showed up to let us in until we were pulling off an hour and a half later. The house had not been cleaned from previous renters. We ended up having to get a hotel. I wrote the owner 4 days prior to arriving and he never wrote me back.

10.0I honestly can't think of a single thing I didn't love about this property. The house was so cute, clean, nicely decorated, etc and had everything we could've possibly needed. We had a little trouble getting in when we arrived. I called the property manager, and he came right over to help. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and recommended we take a few tours, etc. Overall, loved it and will definitely book this location again in the future!!
