2.0The bed was stained and the room was super dirty! This hotel Europa since booked through Hotels.com will not give us a refund AT ALL!!!! Shame on Hotels.com not providing us with a full refund of this disgusting motel! DO NOT STAY HERE BEWARE OF USING HOTELS>COM WE HAVE HAD SO MANY ISSUES WITH HOTELS.COM WE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE HIGH LEVEL CUSTOMER FOR THEM......NOPE NOT HOW WE ARE BEING TREATED!

6.0It was a comfortable stay suprisingly. Check in was quick and easy. I mean for a dhs spot id definitely stay again. And they refund your deposit literally instant. At least for me....

2.0Left at 10:30 pm the day of our stay. Felt unsafe in the surroundings!
Fair but would need to make some changes for me to feel safe and return.

− The area was terrible numerous homeless people and drug users continue to hang out around the property
