10.0As its name says it’s an ionic hotel close to all the Roman historical venues. Staff is wonderful Rooms very clean Call out to front desk receptionist Alice would was very helpful
Nie wieder!
1.0− Das Hotel hatte ich vorab bezahlt und im Hotel über meine cc eine Kaution von €400 hinterlegt. Diese wurde nach der Abreise umgehend freigegeben. In der ersten Nacht wurde OHNE meine Zustimmung die erste nacht in Höhe von €680 noch einmal berechnet. Dies war ein Fehler vom System. Erst sollte es 3-5 Tage dauern bis der Refund bei mir ankommt, dann 14-20 Tage und mittlerweile ist ein Monat vergangen und ich habe das Geld immer noch nicht zurück. Ich werde immer wieder vertröstet. Bei den Preisen erwarte ich einfach mehr. Bei 4-6 Reisen nach Rom pro Jahr werden wir dort sicherlich nicht mehr hinreisen.

− Food and dinner experience was terrible. After we pointed out the rocket (salad) was spoiled - they disagreed but wouldn’t taste it. Kitchen didn’t appreciate the feedback.
Great service, beautiful location
10.0This was the first stop on our honeymoon and it was phenomenal, from the friendly service to the beautiful room. The rooftop restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner; and the rooftop bar was also fun with a fantastic sunset view. Walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.
Magnificent and memorable at every level
10.0This was our first stop on a month long trip, and it set a high bar for the warm welcome and service we received, overall quality, comfort and fabulous location. The rooftop terrace was idyllic. The reception staff were professional and helpful, assisting us with a personalized golf cart tour of Rome, which was ideal as we only had a couple of days in the city. The Ristorante Archimede is immediately opposite and we ate there at least three times. The food and staff seemed very authentic, and it was where locals ate. We'd return to this hotel for sure.
