4.0Staff was very friendly, maybe even overly friendly. Liked the pool as well even though it is only 1.2m deep.
− No mosquito nets on the balcony door, so the balcony door had to be kept closed at all times. Pool is only 1.2 deep so not ideal for swimming really. Stray dogs and cats wondering around the restaurant "begging" to be fed. Birds and flies are eating the food on your table while you collect your breakfast from the open bar. Sour milk multiple days for cereals. Broken coffee machine. Restaurant does not serve lunch even though they have a lunch menu. When I asked for it they said I can pay for the open bar dinner for 1500MUR a person. We had lunch elsewhere although would have been nice to have lunch on site from the available lunch menu. Reported minor repairs in the room and they came to fix it after 18:30 Replaced batteries in the room safe and failed to screw back the battery door cover. When I notified staff, they came to see it with the screwdriver in her hands and said she will come back to do it. Why? What prevented her to screw it back right there in about 0.5 minutes? Eventually they never came back to screw it back. I did that...with a wooden coffee steerer.

10.0We travel a lot, we work in turizem travel. Sunset resorts was really good stay. We really enjoyed. Food was good. The staff is great, kind and helpful. All is very clean. Thank you to room cleaner Pruthviraj for very good service 🙏. We are definitely come back.

9.0Le personnel et sa gentillesse, la nourriture en demi pension super bonne . La literie on a super bien dormi. Mano à l' accueil adorable , Vishal pazal et aj au service au top. Vraiment on été super content . L hôtel est un peu vieillot mais on s en fou car on a super bien dormi et mangé. On reviendra .
− Pour nous personnellement le petit déjeuner commence à 7h30 on est des lève tôt . Et la salle de musculation à vraiment de besoin d un coup de neuf et de nouveaux appareils.
