We were given a room right next to reception. The walls were so thin that we could hear every noise—even a key being placed on the reception desk. On top of that, the air-conditioning unit above our room hummed throughout the night, repeatedly switching on and off. Under these conditions, this room should not be rented out to guests. It would probably be better suited as a staff break room for the reception team. The night was a nightmare; getting a restful night’s sleep was impossible. We were unable to obtain a refund directly from the hotel. Only through Booking.com did we receive half of the room price back.
A pleasant and convenient stay in a great location for exploring Montjuïc.
10.0A pleasant stay in a convenient location, close to the Montjuïc cable car.
− Nothing in particular
