10.0The stay with Desa Swan Villas was amazing. Their team did everything that they could do to assist us and make our stay the most comfortable and a memorable experience for us. This includes in room service, spa services and cleanliness. The staff is really professional and helpful. We had booked a four bedroom villa with pool access and it was a superb experience as our family could spend great quality time together.

10.0We only stayed one night here in the first week of May. The weather was very good, light shower at night sun during the day. We chose this because of the proximity to the safari park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very prompt to communicate through WhatsApp. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so they held our luggage and took us by golf cart to the onsite restaurant on the beach. The menu was large with local and other Asian cuisine. Alcohol and food was priced very fair and with the USD exchange rate was a bargain. The atmosphere was lovely sitting Oceanside. We had the breakfast buffet the next morning which had plenty of options. Our room was near the front desk and they will offer you a ride to the restaurant but if you walk it is less than 5 minutes. They also gave us a ride to the safari park, but warning it’s by golf cart on the main roadway. This hotel is not walking distance to anything major but was a very pleasant stay for our first night in Bali. I would book this again.

10.0We were only staying for the night as a stopover as were passing through. Property was clean, staff were lovely, breakfast was excellant with a beautiful view over the waves. Would definitely come back and stay for longer
