2.0Overall was very disappointed in the property. Cleanliness was a big problem, whole house could have used a good mop as our socks/feet were black just from walking around… about half the screens in the house were broken or ripped allowing an assortment of bugs and lizards into the home. The front door’s deadbolt did not work and the handle of the door was halfway falling off. We did really enjoy the location as it was a very short walk away from the main strip but far enough that it was nice and quiet. A/C’s were great in the bedroom but they didn’t do much of anything for the living room. The pictures you see in the ad are from at least 5 years ago as the property does not look much like that anymore (no hammock was a big disappointment too) bed’s were not great at all, as well as some stains on the bedding. There was also a lot of dirt and cobwebs on the walls and baseboards which tells me it hasn’t been seriously cleaned in a while. It is a very attractive price but depending on what your bare minimum is, this might not be for you…
Good for a value place to stay. Need to update the photos so renters can manage expectations.
