Lovely studio-room close to the beach ❤️ 100% would return.
10.0Uncomplicated check-in with the key box, spotlessly clean room, well equipped (hairdryer, fan, safe, batbrobes etc) , good location for the beach, quiet residential location, nice courtyard outside. The minibar and tea / coffee also a nice added extra. After a long day driving, opening the fridge to a cool beer and a dairy milk was an absolute treat. And the bikes!! Such a bonus that we were able to cycle to Portsmouth. Such an AWESOME bike path along the seafront. Thank you Samantha!
− Everything was great, but to really make the room perfect we could have done with a couple more shelves for things like keys / phone etc as there is only one bedside table and perhaps another few hooks /additional small shelf in the bathroom becuase for two guest's toiletry bags there wasn't that much room.

10.0The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was just a short walk from the beach.
Good location walked to canroe lake, rose garden and south pier perfect place for a weekend away.
9.0All clean and fresh looking including the communal entrance way. Good kerb appearance. Easy to find.
− I would have preferred a black out blind having said that we slept well.
