8.0Very clean. We had a lovely balcony. Bed very comfortable, nice to have a kitchen with cooking and refrigeration facilities and there was a fan since the weather was extremely hot.
− All good but air conditioning would have been appreciated in the extreme heat

5.0Great location, just five minutes from the main train station.
− Unfortunately the staff were not responsive. I had to check in a day late as I was headed to a conference in another city--and they knew this, because they messaged me about it--but they changed the access code to my key box so it was a long time before I could get into my room. The bathroom is also very poorly designed, with no sink and a gap of nearly a foot under the door. Because the shower door didn't close properly, this meant water ended up on the floor every time I had a shower and leaked into my room. I would certainly not atay here again and would not recommend it to others.
