2.0THE HOTEL QUITE OK, BUT HOTEL.COM CHARGED ME VERY, VERY UNREASONABLE PRICE, YOU CHARGED ME RM 918.00 COMPARE TO RM 762.00 IF I DEAL DIRECT WITH THE HOTEL, AND YOU MADE ME CONFUSE COZ U CHARGE ME IN US DOLLAR, WHEREAS I THOUGHT IN RM. I WILL NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH YOUR COMPANY NEXT TIME.
No Good!!!
4.0Not-so-good as the location is away from town area and Bogak beach. It is a extremely basic budget hotel. Do not expect any surprise
