Amazing hotel!

Amazing hotel! The room was fantastically equipped with everything you could possibly need. The modern kitchen came fully stocked with all the utensils and thoughtful extras. There were two large, comfortable beds, and the spacious living area had plenty of comfortable seating along with a large TV. The hotel itself was immaculate and had a grand, luxurious feel. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The onsen was fantastic, especially the private baths, which were a real highlight. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Пожалуй, это лучший отель во всем мире! Я очень много путешествую, но такого уютного, комфортного и безупречного отеля не встречала. Шикарный номер, мы были с друзьями, три семьи, три спальни с общей гостиной. В каждой спальне свой санузел, душевые и ванная. Завтраки - отдельная история! Это то, ради чего сюда можно приехать! Онсен один из лучших из тех, которые мне удалось посетить за 10 лет путешествий по Японии! Обязательно вернемся как зимой, так и летом!

Perfect for our family of 6! Unit was large with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a spacious living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit were great. The staff was SO helpful upon check in and everywhere on property. Requested parking and private onsen in advance and they were able to accomodate. Public onsen was also wonderful. Breakfast buffet was amazing! And location is at the top of the drive, just across from the lift. Easy to get to restaurants and shops in town. Overall, amazing stay! Would definitely stay again with a large family or group of friends.
