− Bañera oxidada y con cinta aislante negra tapando óxido y desconchados. Colchón matrimonio de espuma incomodísimo. No respuesta a solicitud para poder dejar maletas antes hora check in. Que nos pidan que nosotros declaremos check in ante las autoridades por internet (es su obligación y deben comprobar que los datos son correctos). Que nos pidan 200€ de fianza el día de entrada. Si la piden, debería ser al hacer reserva. Hemos ido otras veces a esta urbanización y encantados; pero en este caso el apartamento no cumple el mínimo exigido y menos por el precio que tiene.

− Los pisos 3 no tenían ascensor.
Falta de limpieza y mantenimiento
4.0Que tuviera el aparcamiento frente al apartamento , que tuvieran 3 aires acondicionado y las vistas a la piscina.
− El jardín sucio y abandonado, lozas y plintos que estaban sueltos ,las sillas con telas de arañas, las hierbas invadiendo el pasillo de entrada y después dentro del apartamento telas de arañas por rincones y cortinas. La bañera con óxido y parcheado y los armarios con mucho olor a humedad. Cada mañana nos levantabas con picaduras de arañas. Una estancia regular por falta de limpieza y mantenimiento
