9.0La gentilezza dello staff, la colazione abbondante e di qualità, ottime le cene con possibilità di scelta tra più primi e secondi piatti. La piscina è di giuste dimensioni per il numero di ospiti dell'hotel e presenta una graduale discesa di profondità, dalla parte per i bambini fino a un paio di metri per gli adulti. Il servizio navetta gratuito per la spiaggia, che dista circa 400 metri dalla struttura... all'andata camminando si possono anche fare, ma dopo un'intera giotnata al mare, doverli fare al ritorno in salita si fanno un po' sentire... meglio quindi prenotare in reception la navetta per il ritorno. La nostra stanza aveva un terrazino privato con uno stendino ed affacciava su un bel giardino di palme e piante grasse. La struttura offre parcheggio interno gratuito, con posti auto anche al coperto. Nel complesso l'hotel è davvero carino, circondato da una grande varietà di piante e con una collezione di tanti oggetti vintage e particolari sparsi un po' ovunque nella struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
− Le zanzare... ricordarsi la notte di chiudere bene le finestre (alcune non hanno la zanzariera) ed accendere il climatizzatore. Di giorno, lasciata la stanza, ci è stato utilissimo accendere un fornellino... con queste accortenze abbiamo così potuto riposare bene la notte.

9.0The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from Grotticelle beach. The hotel offers a free shuttle service multiple times a day to allow for ease to get down and up from the beach since the whole area is on a hill. The hotel has a beautiful pool situated in the centre of the hotel. The breakfast restaurant overlooks the pool and our room was just a few steps away from the pool too. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Maids were super sweet ladies. The front desk and bar staff were very helpful too.
− The towels were changed every 2nd day only. I'm more of a 'change daily' person. Personal preference.

9.0Lokalizacja - dojście na plażę super. Blisko morza. Mieliśmy pokój z dwoma sypialniami - super przy dzieciach. Ciasne, ale komfort. Klimatyzacja w obu sypialniach. Super mili ludzie w obsłudze. Pepperoncino! Polecam, jest pyszne. Nawet moja żona, która nie lubi pikantnego powiedziała, że jej smakuje i mi podbiera dalej. Espresso przy barze.
− Poziom czystości jest... Średni(?). Brzydko pachniało z łazienki (nawet gdy nikt z niej nie korzystał), brak klapy spłuczki, podłoga nawet po myciu brudziła skarpety... Panie sprzątające bardzo miłe, ale nie dokładne. W 8 dni wymieniono nam ręczniki tylko 2 razy. Mrówki, wszędzie mrówki. Wiem, na to nikt nie ma wpływu, ale jest ich tam zatrzęsienie. Bez języka Włoskiego ciężko się dogadać z większością personelu. No ale to Włochy :) Espresso z bufetu...

10.0L’accueil était super, l’hôtel très charmant et typique. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était idéal, à quelques mètres d’une plage paradisiaque. De plus, nous avons oublié un vêtement à l’hôtel à notre départ, l’hôtel nous la renvoyé par envoi postal. Nous avons été très touché de cette attention!

10.0Bella struttura, staff cordiale, splendida colazione. Il mare è a due passi, ma se non si ha voglia di scendere in spiaggia, c'è la piscina!
