− Rooms are very tight , we were sold a unit for 6 people while it is impossible to fit more that 4. We were also told that we need to evacuate the room and change it next day. We told them that this is not acceptable and decided to leave. They are not refunding our money yet.

5.0How the room was designed and the view
− The roach in the bathroom and having to switch rooms
If it wasn’t for Mr. Tyrone we probably would have left that first day.
6.0Mr. Tyrone was the best thing about this property.
− It wasn’t clean, we walked in to a shit stain on our shower curtain. The next morning we woke up and it smelled like mildew for the remainder of the trip. I almost broke my toe on the pool drain cover that was lifted. It is very outdated and needs an upgrade.
I enjoyed the views and how quiet and considerate others were however, having to change rooms just for one night was too

− The pool is too small and the chair beside the pool restricts being able to see your small child. The bathroom tubs were very dated and small. Couch and chair in both rooms dated and uncomfortable Elevator had no air circulation

10.0Beautiful View. Rooms were very clean & sufficient for an overnight stay
− Front desk personnel on Saturday. I had asked when checking in on Friday abt if we were a little over on leaving would it be an issue. Was told No issue as they would be closed the next week for renovation. 10:30 should not be an issue. At 10:18 I was called & questioned about checking out, I relayed the previous days conversation & that I had just sent one son to get a cart & one to move the car around. I unfortunately had some stomach issues & was dealing with that when I got the next call at 10:44. I did not answer because we were in the hall headed to the elevator. Front desk personnel met us at the door of the elevator & we proceeded to the office. She was rude abt she had spoke to the Friday desk clerk & that we WERE WELL PAST 10:30. I tried to explain the toilet situation only to be talked over. I did point my finger IN THE AIR not AT HER and retracted it as soon as she mentioned anything about it. I waz furious by this time & told her to charge the acct & I hoped She Has a Better Day!!
