Unit host contact info is incorrect
1.0− This low score has nothing to do with the unit, as we were never able to access the unit. We waited until 7:30 pm and then had to find a hotel with a room available. I understand mistakes sometimes happen. That both the unit, and booking.com did not respond to multiple requests for help in all the contact info provided should be unacceptable. Issues can happen and inability to reach the host seems to be a major issue. I hope Coco Chanel, and booking.com get this issue sorted.
Do tohto ubytovania by sme sa určite vrátili všetkými desiatimi.
9.0V ubytovaní bol dostatok miesta, vybavenie elektrospotrebičmi, je to v úplnom historickom centre a všade to bolo blízko pešo. V noci je tam úplne ticho (napriek tomu, že je to v centre) na spanie a potraviny či pekáreň kam sme chodili každé ráno na čerstvé koláče boli doslova na skok, priamo v budove na prízemí je výborná japonská kuchyňa. V blízkom okolí obchody, lekárne, infocentrum, historické pamiatky. Nebáli sme sa absolvovať aj večerné prechádzky v okolí, všade je plno policajtov dohliadajúcich na poriadok.
− Hneď oproti ubytovaniu je veža starej radnice kde každých 15 minúť odbíja zvon, nezvyknutému človeku to môže vadiť, najmä 1. noc sme sa preto stále budili. Postele v spálni mali na náš vkus príliš mäkké a pružiace madrace. V ubytovaní bola síce veľká TV, na ktorej sa ale nedalo vôbec nič sledovať, nešli žiadne TV kanály a ani Netflix, ktorý bol myslím deklarovaný ako dostupný. V kúpeľni bolo odmontované svetlo s trčiacimi drôtmi a niektoré z osvetlení nefungovali vôbec. Chcelo by to pár drobných zásahov opraviť tak, aby všetko bolo na 100%. Sú to drobné detaily, ktoré neuniknú pozornosti. Z jednej z kúpeľní sa neustále číril zápach ako keby z kanalizácie alebo zlého odvetrávania nejakého potrubia.

− ... if you do not like church bells ringing very closeby in every 15min throughout the night, it's better to stay a bit away. It was a problem for me but there is nothing the host can do about it.
