The room (number 7) also looked out over the back and the bin lorries were emptying the bins for the best part of an hour at 6am! When we tried to speak to the manager and just explain these points he wasn’t even interested in listening to us and in fact was very rude! Not good value for money! Very noisy from the streets below, smells from the kicthen (fried food) and didn’t feel very clean. Felt more like a pub stay rather than a hotel which it was advertised as.
