Great location with parking, but very little sleep due to noise during our stay

− The noise. Poorly soundproofed walls. Creaking floors above. Woken up at 0530 by seagulls and unable to get back to sleep due to bin trucks delivery vehicles and staff noise at nearby Dukes restaurant. Breakfast, although nice, wasn’t good value for money at £18 per person

− I've had better breakfast, I was told I could only park car onsite for 1 night despite the hotel saying parking is included, I ended up having to move car the next day to a public car park which cost £15
