10.0Seda Lio saved our trip! After realizing our booked hotel was not as it was advertised and a sense of danger was in the air. I had to find a hotel ASAP. It was about 8-9pm, I couldn’t get a hold of my concierge service so I looked online and was grateful to have been able to book 4 rooms last minute. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles, provided welcome drinks, and the atmosphere instantly calmed my family. We knew our trip was saved. Each interaction with staff was friendly and professional. The food, facilities, rooms were all great. Highly recommend Seda Lio as it is a hotel that prides itself in great customer service, cleanliness, and luxury. Feel at ease as your vacation needs to feel like a vacation. I was quite happy with Seda Lio.

10.0WOW! These guys are brilliant. They really know how to make you feel welcome, and give an amazing experience. From bar tender remembering your drinks, to medical help to front desk arranging tours (and giving you a packed lunch) to even house keeping smiling. Service was brilliant as was facilities, food and rooms. Thank you. We will return

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Seda Lio! The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and the staff made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Miggy for his impeccable service—he went above and beyond to make our stay extra memorable. We'll definitely be back!
