Hura no está preparada para el Turismo. Las pocas playas son feas y todo está abandonado. Estuvimos 2 noches en el hotel No nos pusieron ni un mísero jabón y jamás limpiaron La gente muy amable en su estilo de vida pero no lo recomendaria

The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and went to out of their way to be helpful, including arranging someone to meet me at the airport, taking me to Male and making sure I got on the right boat for the island. There is a lot of land reclamation going on on Huraa Island, meaning that many of the lagoons, particularly the one directly outside the guesthouse have disappeared. not that this is a fault of the guest house and, to be fair, they did forewarn me of this. The food at the guest house wasn`t great. It was okay but there are better places to eat on the island. Overall I was happy with my stay and would recommend Ocean Vibes guest house.

Tutto quello che doveva esserci non c’era, mancavano i prodotti da bagno, molto spesso l’acqua calda, il phon, gli asciugamani da spiaggia, gli sdraio e gli ombrelloni. La camera su otto giorni è stata pulita due volte e la colazione consisteva in salsicce,uova,fagioli,pane,un tipo di cereali in una specie di barattolo,un solo tipo di una cosa colorata che la chiamavano marmellata, un solo tipo di tre,latte,caffè liofilizzato e un bicchiere di qualcosa di colorato e dolce diluito al massimo che veniva spacciato per succo. Praticamente io ho pagato per avere un tetto sopra la testa e niente altro.

The hotel is super close to the beach. Their internet connection is excellent. There are a couple of cafes in walking distance and they organise a variety of different experiences and excursion at a reasonable price. The boat that takes you on trips is not the most fancy or comfortable one but balances out with the price and the experience you get.

We just came back from our trip to Maldives and staying in Ocean Vibes Guesthouse was the best decision we have ever made. Natasa and Janez are just amazing! They made us feel extremely welcomed. PADI scuba diving instructors Marlene and Toni are so much fun! Scuba diving trips with them were the highlights of our visit (thank you for convincing me to go ☺) The rooms in the guesthouse are comfortable and cosy. We could actually see the Ocean from our room window and the beach was 30 seconds away. There was a lot of storage in our room and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We have tried a lot of activities and Natasa and Janez arranged everything quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend snorkelling, a trip to sandbank, which was amazing, scuba diving (it was so incredible that we did that twice even though I was super scared at first ☺), and a Club Med day visit. The bikini beach is a few minutes away and the views from there are breath taking. Ocean Vibes guesthouse and Huraa island are for people who want to experience the real Maldives…..the food, people, views. It’s much different than staying in a resort but for us it was 100% better. What can I say? Thank you Natasa, Janez, Marlene and Toni for making our stay an incredible experience. We will never forget it and we are definitely coming back and staying with you again.
