9.0Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, mieszkanie bardzo czyste, dobrze wyposażone, parking podziemny, dodatkowym udogodnieniem jest winda; bliskość restauracji, barów i sklepów osiedlowych.
− Brak klimatyzacji, bardzo niewygodna sofa /spory uskok na łączeniu dwóch części sofy/, chwilowe utrudnienie to budowa w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie i związany z tym hałas od bardzo wczesnych godzi porannych.
