2.0I was ecstatic to stay here until I opened the door to the apartment provided. It was infested with roaches. It was on the floor, on the bed on the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. I attempted claim a refund but obviously we know how the world works.. although expedia, as a company you have the power to remove a property from your sites. At this point if i cant get my money back at least save someone else from this hell hole

8.0The room is nice and comfortable, but tax and service charge is so expensive, the mandatort fee is expensive with service fee tho they didnt give you any service at all,stayed tgere for 3 days no bottled water, they wont give you any toiletries or clean towel on next day or so.
