− Nhà vệ sinh như kiểu lắp tạm,hở bên trên,có mùi hôi bốc ra khi có người sử dụng .

− Völlig herunter gekommenes Hotel. Keine Mini Bar. Blut auf der Bettwäsche. Schränke defekt. Keine Erklärung des Hotels oder der Lage.

− Lễ tân chỉ thang máy sai nên việc lên được đến phòng mất quá nhiều thời gian trong khi xách và kéo vali đồ nặng. Bể bơi chưa sạch. Hành lang khá nhiều chỗ đã xuống cấp bong tróc, ẩm, mốc..v.v... Bữa sáng ít đồ tươi. Bữa sáng của mình hôm đó chỉ có thịt gà hầm rau củ là thịt tươi còn lại là thịt nguội, thịt xông khói, xúc xích.

− My room was extremely dirty, and I had to change rooms twice right after check-in. It was a very unpleasant experience from the beginning. I even found a used chopstick under the bed, which clearly seemed to have been left by a previous guest. When I first contacted the operator to report how dirty the room was, I was told to wait. However, after 15 minutes with no follow-up, I had to go down to the front desk myself to request a room change. Initially, I only wanted the room to be properly checked and cleaned, but due to the lack of response and support, I decided to move rooms. Unfortunately, the second room I was given was just as dirty as the first one. This made me seriously question the quality standards of FLC. The most disappointing part of this entire experience was that I did not receive a single apology from the staff. Of course, not any apology amenities. My trip started off badly because of this situation, yet there was no acknowledgment or accountability. Specially it was the trip for my mother birthday. What the service!!! Although I was eventually able to speak with an operations manager, I believe this situation could have been handled much better from the beginning. With proper communication and service, guests should not have to waste time and energy dealing with issues like this.
