5.0− Recepcionista ruso debería irse a Rusia. Desagradable, no entiende que es recepcionista.

10.0Todo. El personal, la ubicacion, el ambiente y el hostel.
− Algun huesped incapaz de parar de hablar por el celular a todas horas y sin bajar el tono. El personal deberia ser mas estricto a la hora de dejar claro la importancia de respetar el silencio y la tranquilidad.

1.0Jolie maison proche du centre.
− Je n’utilise pas générale cette note mais : Une expérience HORRIBLE avec des propriétaire trés désagréables. Nous avons eu des punaises de lit dans la chambre, on nous a soupçonné de les avoir "amené" . Aucune escuse, on m’a indiqué que je devais être allergique, un comble ! Aucune bienveillance ni aide. On a exigé le paiement d’avance en dollard avec un taux de change majoré de 3%. L’hôtel pratique des prix inférieurs a celui du site de Booking, aprés de multiples échanges et refus, ils ont fini par aligner leur prix en indiquant un No Show de notre part ! Nous avions juste indiqué que la politique de Booking en terme de prix n’était pas respecté, on nous alors accusé de ne pas vouloir payer et de voyager gratis!!! Enfin des gens qui n’en ne sont pas à leur place seul l’argent compte. Nous avons voyagé 3 mois au Chili c’est un trés beau pays avec des rencontres d’hotelier/hôte très sympatiques, vous pouvez voir mes autres commentaires. Dommage de rencontrer ce type de personnage sur la route !
