− Unser Zimmer war leider etwas klein für 2 Personen, mit Blick in den Hinterhof und der zu öffnende Teil des Fenster sehr klein um genügend zu lüften.

An easy and comfortable stay in this high standard seafront guest house. The property is an upscale refurbished old b&b and a good job has been done on it. It is spotless and there are all mod cons plus the owners go the extra mile with communication and customer service. They know the devil is in the detail with boutique hotels and the many little extra touches they build in which just need thinking about and a bit of effort - yet not a great deal of money to do - will put the place and its price up above most of the competition who can't be bothered going the extra mile and are content to sit back and be ordinary in similar buildings. The breakfast has high quality local ingredients and is delicious even if the pre-ordering process initially felt a little faffy and regimented. But that's needed to be efficient come morning, and it was efficiently served and the owner definitely gets a daily workout heaving the sash cord dumb waiter to the kitchen! On street parking right outside, free overnight until 10am. Overall it's much recommended!

− Nothing. Only thing that caught the eye was why after spending all the effort and time refurbing to this standard the internal doors were overlooked and remain the nasty 60s/70s efforts! They kind of make it look 98% fitted out because there was a door makers strike or something when the refurb was done! Seriously, a trip to Wickes in the winter season and a day from a joiner ;-)

Everything, the breakfasts were fabulous, the service was excellent, staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We would stay again especially if going to a show at Venue Cymru which is close by.

Very clean bright bedroom and bathroom. Nice extra touches, Welsh Cakes awaited us and filtered cold water bottles as well as biscuits and tea/coffee making facilities. A very good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Although the room was on the small size, it was good value for money. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast excellent, plenty of choice, something for everyone, beautifully presented too. Having the facility of ice cold water available 24/7 was a big bonus, especially as the UK is experiencing an extremely hot heatwave currently, also having a large fan in the room kept us comfortable through the night. The bathroom was beautifully clean and the bed linen and bathroom cleaned and changed every other day, which made for an overall comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again when we visit Llandudno again and pay extra for a larger room. M & G
