9.0The place is near the centre (few minutes walk and you reach the centre), it is not that far from the station and the port. The bonus part is that nearby there is a pastry shop worth it for breakfast.

10.0La struttura è al centro di Tropea, per il mare sono 10 minuti a piedi (naturalmente ci sono le scale da affrontare), una volta parcheggiata l'auto non c'è più bisogno di prenderla. La mancanza di colazione è sopperita da un bar/pasticceria vicino la struttura veramente di altissimo livello. La gentilezza di Domenico non ha eguali, sempre disponibile e affettuoso. La stanza è grande, pulita con spazio doccia molto grande.
− Onestamente nulla da segnalare, sarei stato più contento di trovare il bidet in stanza ma in vacanza si può sopravvivere. Consiglierei alla Signora delle pulizie di passare un pochino più tardi!!!

7.0-Собственика и дамата от почистващата фирмата бяха много мили -локацията беше перфектна само на 5 мин пеша от плажа и центъра -беше чисто, което за мен е най-важното -имаше безплатно кафе всяка сутрин
− - тоалетната нямаше капак - в банята имаше неприятна миризма на канал и влага -леко са захабени мебелите в стаята
