− The pictures and room description was misleading. We did not have a view or a private pool or an outside area. We were given a piece of paper to choose options for breakfast and told to place it in a box. We did not have breakfast and we were not asked. We were not shown around the property upon arrival. Upon leaving we were not asked how are stay was. Property does have lovely views of Assisi but not from our room. Very little hospitality skills.

9.0Colazione buona, servita su richiesta della sera prima. Parcheggio interno. Ottima la vista su Assisi. Piscina e giardino molto curati. Camera e bagno confortevole, noi avevamo la vista città e non ha deluso le nostre aspettative. Menzione speciale al factotum della struttura!
− Migliorerei una presenza fisica più costante a supporto del cliente. Magari il bar disponibile anche la sera.
Toccata e fuga
10.0Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e ci e' dispiacuto essere stati solo di passaggio e quindi averci soggiornato una sola notte. Il letto era comodo, la stanza bella grande e arredata con gusto. Tutta la struttura e il parco sono mantenuti in modo impeccabile e inoltre ci sono diverse opere d'arte da ammirare. La colazione l'abbiamo fatta in giardino ed era veramente ottima. La ciliegina sulla torta era la possibilita' di ricaricare la nostra macchina elettrica. Toreneremo di sicuro.

9.0Ligging met zicht op Assisi is fenomenaal. Zeer verzorgde ruime kamer en badkamer, zeer lekker ontbijt. Mooie tuin en rustig bij het zwembad. De airco in de kamer werkte niet, maar was de tweede dag opgelost.
− Eigenaars lopen niet over wat vriendelijkheid betreft. Op de dag dat we vetrokken was er 's morgens om 9 h nog steeds niemand van het management aanwezig. Bovendien klopte de rekening niet. Was in hun nadeel opgemaakt, maar hebben dit uiteraard gemeld. Eigenares paste de rekening aan, maar excuseerde zich niet of bedankte niet ... Na onze fantastische vakantie, hebben we ons daar niet aan geërgerd. Blijft absoluut een aanrader qua verblijf!
