7.0La posizione vicino al mare, gli ampi spazi dell'appartamento, comodi anche i due bagni.
− La cucina adattata su un terrazzo, sarebbe da ristrutturare mettendo anche delle piastrelle nelle zone e cottura e lavello. In alcuni punti l'appartamento è da ristrutturare.

− La struttura è un po’ old fashion e avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento.

9.0Più di tutto la posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi la meravigliosa spiaggia di Lacona. Perfetta anche per raggiungere in pochissimo tempo Porto Azzurro e Capoliveri.
