9.0The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception is very friendly. She informed us of Chetwynd’s Chainsaw Carving Competition for over 20 years. This helped us understand the outdoor exhibits and the local culture.

8.0All the staff, from receptionist, to cleaning lady, to maintenance and breakfast room were courteous and friendly. It helps makes our stay so relaxing and pleasant. Also our room was clean and quiet. It will be easy to stay here again.
− The coffee perc was having issues, but that could happen anywhere.
Great place to stay if you don't mind smoking outside
10.0Nice clean room great location close to everything just came here for a night away from life and it was very nice and quiet, got lots of sleep but sadly I did not get to try the breakfast as I woke up late but overall I would stay here again.
