6.0It is a good hostel and the staff very helpful, however, when I arrived I was told that the room I had reserved was not available and that I had to stay in a bigger room at a much higher price. I complained and show my reservation, then the owner accepted and let me pay the price agreed on the reservation. I am absolutely NOT happy about this. Unavailable rooms must NOT be shown as available!

4.0No hay quien reciba, la limpieza la hacen a medias, hay cucarachas en el lugar, el personal aunque amable, no se queda más allá de las 6 de la tarde

2.0no se me dejo asistir el dia que llegue que por que no se aseptan despues de las 10 pm muy mal y no se atiende las lineas telefonicas todo mal no recomendable
